Kempo Karate

Our Kempo Karate is a unique blend of martial arts that combined the elements of kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Shotokan Karate and Kung Fu making it one of the most complete and effective martial arts style.

Jiu-Jitsu teaches the most efficient methods for neutralizing an enemy through pins, joint locks and throws. These techniques were developed around the principle of using an attacker’s energy against him, rather than directly opposing it.

Shotokan Karate covering all of the possible combat techniques including hand, kicking, grabbing and controlling techniques with the five Animal style of Kung Fu incorporates the Leopard, Dragon, Tiger, Crane and Snake.

  • The Tiger teaches us strength.

  • The Crane teaches us grace and fluidic harmony.

  • The Snake teaches us suppleness and rhythmic endurance.

Our Kempo Karate program will help you and your child develop strong will power, perseverance, patience, self discipline, endurance, build confidence, and learn effective self-defense techniques.

TKA Cardio Kickboxing

At TKA Martial arts, our cardio kickboxing classes are designed to give you a total body workout, you will improve power, speed, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.

A combination of aerobic conditioning, kickboxing techniques and adding an element from the traditional martial arts, will sure to leave you energized.  Our cardio kickboxing is open to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness, regardless of your experience, at the same time, learning some valuable self-defense skills.
